Before using your mobile phone with Blue&Me, you must create a pairing relationship between the mobile phone and Blue&Me. After this procedure, Blue&Me will automatically connect to your phone each time that you enter the car and turn the car's key to the 'on' position.
To create a pairing relationship using manual interaction, follow these steps
when the car is not moving:
Navigate to the Blue&Me Setup / Setup, Pairing, and
then press <SRC> or <TEL>. Blue&Me starts the pairing procedure.
Blue&Me shows the mobile phone pairing PIN number on the display screen and also
speaks the PIN number.
(1) Bluetooth connection
Upon a key off of the Blue&Me device the phone doesn’t disconnect itself from Bluetooth. As a result its functionality with the Blue&Me device may be compromised.
(2) Contacts transferred as a VCard
Contacts transferred as VCard have numbers but left out last digits.
(3) Contacts download
Contacts are downloaded fully automatic. For each contact is downloaded only the first number.
(4) Transfer audio to your phone
The transfer of the audio path to a phone with the flip closed causes the call to hung up and Bluetooth to disconnect. Further operations with Blue&Me devices may be ……. To return to a functional condition the phone must be reset.
